This notice explains how Stone Tide Recruitment collects, uses and protects your personal data when you engage with us as a candidate. We take your privacy seriously. Your CV will not be shared with any employer without your knowledge and agreement.

  • Information about your career goals, salary expectations and preferred working arrangements
  • Notes from conversations and consultations with us

We will never share your CV or personal details with a client employer without first:

We do not distribute CVs speculatively or share your details with multiple employers without your knowledge.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process candidate data on the basis of:

  • Consent — where you have provided explicit consent for specific processing activities
  • Legal obligation — where required by applicable law

5. Data retention

We retain candidate data for up to two years from the date of last contact. If you would like your data deleted sooner, please contact us and we will action your request promptly.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data at any time. You also have the right to withdraw consent and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
